Well, we knew it wasn’t looking good for What About Brian to be back for another season, but ABC made it official by not placing it on the fall schedule, without even a hope for being a midseason replacement show.

It is never a good thing when your show gets its episode order cut back… but unfortunately for the cast and crew of What About Brian, that is exactly what they have done. The original order was for 22 episodes, but ABC has informed the show that they only need to do 19 instead of the full season.

The story ABC is giving is that the schedule is full and there just isn’t room to air an additional three episodes. Hmmm…

Bad news for fans who are hoping to see What About Brian next season… however it is good news that I haven’t heard a peep about a series finale.

We haven’t seen Marjorie since the whole wedding day fiasco triangle with her, Adam and Brian, so you know her arrival on Tuesday’s episode will be anything but quiet… and I know I can’t wait!

Marjorie’s return causes all kinds of problems and conflicts amongst the new couples. Heather knew she was the second choice for Adam, but didn’t feel like it until Marjorie came back. Brian, who normally dumps his flings around the sixth week, is celebrating his sixth week anniversary with Bridget. Nicole is on the hunt for a nanny, but she seems to find something wrong with each one of them.

Any guesses to the outcome? Can’t help but wonder if it has something to do with the episode mentioning that Brian has hit the six week mark with Bridget… perfect timing for a dumping?

I always remember her as Tiffani Amber Thiessen, from Saved By The Bell. The former Beverly Hills 90210 bad girl is going to be playing yet another bad girl character, this time as Natasha Dylan. She is Dave’s (Rick Gomez) former intern who becomes his boss at KC Gaming.

Sexy, manipulative and a shrewd businesswoman, Natasha loves playing mind games with all the friends, especially Brian (Barry Watson) and Adam (Matthew Davis), and uses her attractiveness, smarts and charm to get what she wants.

I have always liked Tiffani Thiessen, and she’ll be a great addition to the cast. Can’t wait to see how she stirs things up!

What About Brian, a midseason replacement series last spring that had a surprisingly good run has been picked up for the entire second season of the series.

ABC has ordered a full season of “What About Brian,” a sophomore drama about a group of close-knit friends.

After a midseason debut last spring, “What About Brian” received a surprising second-season pickup in May.

So far this season, the ensemble drama has improved slightly over its performance last season in the Monday 10 p.m. slot among total viewers (6.7 million vs. 6.3 million).

What About Brian stars Barry Watson as Brian, Matthew Davis as Adam, Sarah Lancaster as Marjorie, Rick Gomez as Dave, Amanda Detmer as Deena, Rosanna Arquette as Nic and Raoul Bova as Angelo.
